To better serve the diversity of our customers’ needs and markets, Genes Diffusion controls the production of its extenders, from product development to the packaging. Genes Diffusion has its own industrial laboratory equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, meeting with the strictest quality standards and regulations.

A safe & traceable process

All the Genes Diffusion extenders are manufactured in accordance with G.M.P. guidelines.

  • As soon as they are received, raw materials are subjected to a strict and controlled sampling and analysis process.
  • All extender preparation and manufacturing is done in a sterile environment.
  • The preparation and packaging are completely automated in a sterial room equipped with 100,000 particles/cubic feet air filtration and under a controlled atmosphere for temperature and humidity.
  • Every package is stamped with a production batch number and date for traceability.

Total quality control - Start to finish

Quality control testing is done during each step of the process.

  • Strict monitoring and analysis of raw materials
  • Physiochemical control of the product at the beginning, during and at the end of the preparation and packaging process.
  • Quality control sampling of the finished product. In vitro preservation testing of semen extended with the final product.
  • Products are not approved for sale until after they have successfully passed all the tests and controls
